Truedomain has developed a flexible architecture that provides two primary integration paths.
For receivers that have already implemented the technology and processes to authenticate against DKIM and SPF, Truedomain offers the Local Authentication path. In this approach, the receiver gains live access to Truedomain’s policy database and the ability to authenticate and action inbound email based on those policies.
For receivers that do not have the internal capability to manage the authentication process, receivers access Truedomain’s authentication infrastructure in the cloud via either Milter or API, providing both the authentication heavy lifting, as well as the resulting email handling instructions based on authentication results and the policies set by the domain owners.
