Who We Are

Rich Miller

Managing Director & Principal, Telematica Inc.

Rich is an experienced executive in data network and IT infrastructure, with considerable attention to middleware, security and wireless data. Rich has spent second half of his career focused on marketing, business development and corporate strategy.

Rich’s primary background as a technologist includes design and implementation in messaging (e-mail, EDI) and group communication. After ten years running a venture consultancy, assisting in the creation of many successful network technology, IT and service companies, he co-founded Univa Corporation for which he served as COO until mid-2006. In mid-2007, RIch began working with the co-founders of Replicate Technologies to craft a strategy for the company's virtualized network technologies, and in October 2007 assumed the role of CEO.

We started the company with the recognition that phishing has become a serious threat, and more importantly, that until now, there wasn’t a good solution to combat email-based phishing.

We’ve put together a top-notch team of people who know how to ship products, build businesses and solve problems and are all singularly focused on ridding the planet of phishing.   Sure, that’s a big task, but that’s why we’re here.
